1. Agreement to Terms By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Universal Shop, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use this website or purchase any products. 2. Nature of Products Universal Shop provides digital goods and services only. These may include, but are not limited to: Digital accounts Software products License or activation keys Online memberships Digital services All purchases are delivered electronically through automated delivery systems after payment is successfully processed. No physical products are shipped. 3. Refund Policy All purchases made through Universal Shop are final and non-refundable. By completing a transaction, you acknowledge that: Digital items cannot be returned once delivered Refund requests will not be accepted Payment disputes or chargebacks after delivery will be treated as a violation of these terms 4. Replacement & Warranty Certain products include a 15-day warranty starting from the moment of delivery, unless a different period is specified on the product page. A replacement may be issued only if a legitimate issue is verified by our support team. Required Proof For Full Access (FA) accounts or similar products, customers must provide a single continuous, unedited video recording showing: The recording beginning before the purchase The payment confirmation The product delivery The first login or initial use Videos that contain cuts, edits, missing segments, or unclear evidence will not be accepted. This verification requirement also applies to: Activation codes Tokens Memberships Any service that can be modified or claimed 5. Warranty Limitations The warranty becomes invalid immediately if any of the following actions occur: Login credentials are changed Email, password, or recovery information is modified Product information or data is altered The product is shared with others Unauthorized modifications are made 6. External Revocations Universal Shop is not responsible for account or service revocations caused by external providers. Examples include services such as Spotify, Discord Nitro, or similar platforms. If a revocation occurs due to actions taken by the original service provider, it is not covered under warranty, as it is outside our control. 7. Service Suspension or Shutdown If Universal Shop or its delivery platform becomes unavailable, suspended, or permanently closed, all active warranties and replacement obligations will be immediately terminated, including pending support tickets. 8. Fraudulent Activity Customers who initiate payment disputes, chargebacks, or false claims after receiving their product will face the following consequences: Permanent ban from Universal Shop Immediate termination of access to services Loss of warranty and replacement eligibility 9. Customer Responsibility After delivery, the customer is fully responsible for securing and managing any accounts, software, or keys received. Universal Shop is not responsible for losses caused by: Improper use Failure to secure login details Unauthorized third-party access 10. Updates to These Terms Universal Shop reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the store after changes are made indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
